Stephanie Elsing is a Minnesota based artist mainly working with landscape and nature photography. Traveling to observe the absence of the figure in outdoor locations, Stephanie sees a juxtaposition between ruins and man-made forms. The color and texture variations between them are the main subject of her wide-angle based shots.

Stephanie studied abroad at the Burren College of Art in Ballyvaughan, Ireland in the Spring of 2019. Her work drastically changed while abroad, her confidence in her shooting skills grew. Stephanie received her BFA in Photography in 2020 from Minneapolis College of Art and Design. In the years after graduating during a pandemic, Stephanie has started to explore digital drawing to create stickers of retro technology and icons including cassette tapes, floppy disks, and lava lamps. Also creating stickers from photographs from Ireland.
